Night of the Nordic Sun II: NSBM Festival in Pest County, Hungary, 20 December 2025

Nordic Sun Records Budapest (NSRB), a label active within the international neo-Nazi music scene, has announced their “Night of the Nordic Sun II” gig for 20 December 2025 in Pest County (approximately 45 minutes from Budapest city center). The event runs from 17:00 to 03:00 (Europe/Budapest timezone).

NSRB, self-described as a “cultural foundation,” has hosted similar events, including a 2024 concert in Budaörs raided by police for safety violations and extremist content. The event is consistent with Hungary’s pattern as a hub for far-right music gatherings. These festivals often facilitate networking among European neo-Nazis, using music for ideological dissemination, resource mobilisation, and recruitment.

The Greek black metal group is one of the most visible names in the National Socialist Black Metal (NSBM) scene. The band’s name, which translates to “The Striker” or “The Attacker,” is taken directly from a notorious Nazi propaganda newspaper.

Goatmoon
The Finnish black metal band is another promenant act within the NSBM movement. The group has been a consistent headliner at international far-right events, including the Asgardsrei festival.

Frangar
The band is associated with the far-right music network, specifically the Rock Against Communism (RAC) circuit, which operates in close ideological and organisational proximity to the NSBM scene. Frangar’s profiles were removed from major social media platforms because of its extremist content following an Al Jazeera investigation.

Aryan Hammer
Another NSBM band. Has albums with titles such as Einsatzkommando (referencing the Nazi death squads who murdered minority groups and political enemies).
